2021 Under-12 Regional Skills Days

The 2021 Regional Skills Days are a hallmark on the country basketball calendar for our budding stars!

One of Basketball Victoria’s most popular programs has been rescheduled to 21-22 August 2021 following Victoria’s lockdown in July. The Under-12 Regional Skills Days take place across nine different regional venues. Ballarat, Bendigo, Hamilton, Korumburra, Mildura, Sale, Southern Peninsula, Torquay and Wangaratta will all host boys and girls sessions across the two Skills Day dates.

Registrations have been reopened due to the rescheduled event, so if you missed out earlier this year, click the link below to register!

With over 1000 participants at last year’s Skills Days, it makes for one of Basketball Victoria biggest camps of the year! From the Under-12 Skills Day courses held across Victoria, 120 boys and 120 girls are to be selected, alongside 24 coaches and 24 managers to attend the Jamboree and begin the journey in the elite pathway as a Country participant.

The Under-12 Skills Days are for players of all abilities and standards and are open to all athletes at country associations.

The coaching programs concentrate on the individual skills relevant for players in the Under-12 age group.

Each U12 Skills Day participant will receive:

  • Coaching and development
  • Official Skills Day T-Shirt
  • Participation Certificate
